Custom Sign Fabrication Capabilities

Our Twinsburg, Ohio location is the home base for all of our custom sign fabrication and assembly. Our shop is where our experienced signcrafters work their magic. We have the capability to produce a wide variety of signs in house in tern saving you time and money.

Our Custom Shop has crafted some truly timeless signage throughout the years. Even though technology has become an integral part of the sign industry, some signs simply cannot be built by machinery. Our highly skilled signcrafters make sign making an art. We’ve custom fabricated signs out of modern materials that are designed to look like the more traditional materials such as stone or wood. Our faux wood signs are so convincing that most people think they are made out of real wood yet they will last a lifetime and never rot. There is no project that our sign makers can’t handle!

We have a full table CNC router that is capable of routing material up to 5’x10′. Our vacuum table system allows us to route materials like acrylic and ACM as well as high density urethane and PVC sheets. CNC routing has become a standard in the sign industry. We use our router in the production of almost all Level-2 or Level-3 signs. Various routing techniques are used in signmaking including relief carving, flat engraving, and v-carve engraving. We can even produce custom signs that feature three dimensional shapes on our router.

Along with vinyl plotters, our Express division operates our large format digital printer. This printer can print full color directly onto many different pliable materials such as banners, cloth, or vinyl. We can produce small items such as decals and stickers up to large format prints such as window graphics or vehicle graphics.

Gilding is an ancient process that involves laying gold leaf over a surface. This results in a brilliant eye catching finish. We use real gold in our gilding sign crafting. Gilded signs look the best when routed v-groove letters are cut into the face of the sign. This process takes a high amount of skill to get the finish to be as brilliant as possible.

All of our signs are hand painted by our master signcrafters. We use a variety of paint types and application methods to achieve the desired look and longevity. Our team can custom mix colors to match your existing logo or signage.
