Vinyl Lettering
Computer cut vinyl lettering is a staple of the modern sign industry. Using a computer operated plotter, rolls of vinyl film are cut into letters and shapes that can be applied to any nonporous surface. The plotter cuts through the vinyl surface on the roll but leaves the backing paper. After plotting, the vinyl that isn’t going to be applied is removed. The design is then masked using a transfer tape and can then be installed.
Vinyl material is single colored but can be layered to create drop shadows and outlines. There are a variety of specialty vinyl materials that can be used if desired such as reflective, matte or gloss, and high performance grade vinyl for extended longevity.
Vinyl letters can be applied to nearly any non-porous surface such as doors & windows, walls, acrylic displays and vehicles.
